The correct framing is that asians are more neotenous and more cognitively, psychologically, and emotionally rational (like men). Europeans appear to be the most sexually dimorphic in all respects, and I assume this is the affect of the female agrarian/hunter-gatherer vs the male steppe-herder still expressing a bit.

You wouldn’t think this would be possible. But while phenotypes might ‘lie’ a bit, ‘brains’ don’t.
