I think you mean logical not rational.
That humans are rational only requires we explain their choices via and intersection between their knowedge and incentives: bounded rationality. What you’re suggesting is that humans might think logically, as if their knowledge and skill in its application are hihger than what they possess. As far as we know, all choices are rational. Are they reasonable? Are they logical? The quesetion is whether they are even conscious? And if so, what is the balance between conscous rationality and unconscious intuition, impulse, and instinct. All of which are rationally explicable. But not always logical.
