The four primary races vary in neotenic evolution.
Neoteny will select for intelligence and agency in exchange for sexual maturity and agreession.
Might be somehow be effect of increase in meat consumption creating increase in size then decrease by neotenic evolution. Looks like it.
Proximity will select for non-aggression,and so neoteny.
Cold and planning, will select for intelligence.
Meaning isolation + size + neoteny + ‘close living’ is necessary for increase in intelligence.
The difference between the races then is largely the size of the underclass that carries non-neotenic as well as genetic load – which is largely visible to the naked eye.
This fits the genetic history we have found, and keep increasing the dataset for, every year now.
