Just, you use natural law in a manner that is a presumed law of nature, rather than the aristotelian-to-scholastic-to-modern sense of natural law as the ethics of cooperation. Not sure if it’s really a conflict or not, but it’s sure helpful vs harmful to the SUCCESSFUL implementation of the traditional sense of natural law. And so maybe it’s consistent. Hmmmm…. The difference between decidable and potential…. have to think about this a bit.
