CONSERVATIVE PURITY IS OFTEN A BIT … MUCH.
One of the problems with our moral intuition (meaning I probably share yours) is that we have an extreme sensitivity to purity, and often make the mistake, of demanding perfection that doesn’t exist, instead of benefiting from the best possible, that does exist. 😉
Why? We want to trust our advisors and not have to think whether they’re right or not. But we can’t. We can only find people we trust more than others, and then dismiss the outliers when we think they’ve missed the boat.
None of us is perfect. Certainly not me. 😉
