Black *average* IQ, whether in the states (84) or Africa(75) is a standard deviation lower than whites and asians. Meaning half of the population is incapable of military service, or anything other than simple manual labor, and that one-in-five is functionally disabled. (US IQ is higher than Africa because average African american is 20% white, and because of the northwest coast where most of the 500K american slaves were purchased from, is the highest IQ group).

So it’s true that blacks with equal ability can compete with whites and asians:
(a) group differences in aggression and criminality remain constant across classes
(b) this can only be ameliorated by the church or military training. From our experience, the church, within black communities, did the job well. In the absence of the church, we must reform education to be more reflective of behavioral training by the church, and less so on less relevant ‘political’ nonsense that produces the opposite result. Physical, behavioral, mental, training are all necessary. And more so the lower on the neoteny/IQ distribution.

I don’t make nature’s rules.
I just try to figure out how to use them for human flourishing.
And that requires depriving people of comforting deceits that prevent human flourishing.
