I am pretty sure based on your sequence of tweets that this discussion is either over your head or beyond your capacity for intellectual honesty.

Race differences are substantial largely because of geographic differences in neotenic rates of development (Africa is harsh, especially in diseases; Europe and Asia Are less so, placing different demand our rates of maturity), and secondly the differences in class size due to climate that cause different traditions norms and values. But race differences are not large enough that we cannot ameliorate those differences even if they are easier for asians, less so for whites, a bit harder for browns, and much harder for blacks. After all, our differences are largely due to group differences in rates of maturity.
Its possible to get along. It’s just more work than what we’re doing today. And the education system that is entrenched, combined with the marxist-pomo-woke cult in the academy is happy that we’re in conflict.
