We do every day. We hold each other liable every day. And have without exception throughout all know history and all known stages of development. And the reason is we understand the concept of ‘the limits of due diligence’. Even then if your actions caused a negative consequence you’re still liable (tort). So what burden does that place on you for the limitation of your actions?
