I would expect that because, before Israel existed, Ukraine was the most Jewish polity. However, the world wars changed things a bit, and the majority of Jews in Ukraine integrated – partly because they were so heavily punished by the host people. In general, the slavs are almost entirely from farmer stock, and Jews are as expected from literate stock, and given the ‘flight of the educated’ after the fall of the soviet union – and now continuously – they’re the most likely administrative group. FWIW there are a lot of Turks in Ukraine because they are more natural businessmen. So, IMO UA Christians are the most moral people in europe because they are the most agrarian. 😉 But they haven’t developed a middle class that stays. So other peoples provide that feature because they can.
