ERIC: You won’t capture attention by complaint (critique). You might have the capacity to focus attention on solutions. I’ve studied you long enough now that I know you have narrative and persuasive capacity and you can confidently say what’s wrong but less confidently say what should be and how to operationalize it, because any such statement leads to defense of your position, where complaint does not.

I won’t tie this together with your other principle concerns in life but either you can join the western way of creativity and proposal of a system, or you’re going to be forever limited by point-criticism.
