Trump honestly believes the state was used against him. He honestly believes that the investigation is politically motivated. He honestly believes there was no collusion. He honestly believes the clintons should be investigated instead. So does his base. It’s not complicated.

@MikeMischnick @curtdoolittle @realDonaldTrump Yeah I recently saw a tweet saying that Trump not firing Mueller showed his “patience and good nature”. No it shows he’s got at least a small brain fragment left and knows all hell would break loose if he fired Mueller.
