Are you sure I’m the right person to come after over this given that sex, class, race, culture and civilizational differences in cognition is pretty much what I do for a living?

The four primary races and the admixture races differ by two causal factors that explain all group differences:
(a) neotenic evolution
(b) class size
Neoteny controls delay of rate and depth of maturity which trades aggression and impulse for mindfulness and self regulation. In animals this is domestication syndrome. It’s why your dog is less impulsive and persistent and aggressive than the grey wolf it descended from.
Neotenic evolution is determined by the timing and rate and duration of migration of stem cells from the neural tube, producing phenotypic variation.
As far as we know, it also causes the downregulation of maturity by the same means. So the all factors appear to be caused by something that affects both phentotopyic expression and endocrine expression.
