Force (Punishment) and Wishful Thinking(NeoConservatism) are very different thin

Force (Punishment) and Wishful Thinking(NeoConservatism) are very different things. The force wasn’t the problem. It was trying to implement a democracy which is suitable only for a homogenous, high trust, middle class polity on a fractured tribal low trust society.
