In Vienna, there is a very old “coffee house” named Cafe Landtmann. And the coffee, pastries, decor and atmosphere are black tie luxurious. In Willemstad Netherlands, a little bakery named Boulangerie Traditionnelle, with perfect croissants.
Neither is in walking distance. 🙁
