Easy answer:
(a) sexual impulse requires a bit of ‘boredom’.
(b) and a bit of opportunity
(c) saturation with ‘entertainment’ is driving down both
(d) So only certain people pursue and get sex – and its because extroversion and high impulsivity drive them to human entertainment.
