#SupremeCourt RE Thomas Ruling: (a) he’s in charge of the 11th circuit court (b) the lower courts don’t want responsibility for deciding the matter (c) Thomas granted TIME for the defense to put together an argument for the higher court. This is normal procedure and nothing more.
