Feedback on #Dugin: Despite that #Dugin is not influential in RU, in UA and West, Dugin is known and represents RU strategy. So the risk and value inside RU are small, but the symbolic value in UA and among allies is high.
(I don’t consider this an important topic, just ‘odd’.)
