Portugal pays a larger IQ price at 95 than most of the rest of Europe (98-101). In those countries with large numbers of non-western immigrants, we see the 97’s. Russia’s 97 and Romania’s 94 are obvious. I don’t understand why we would see that in Portugal? Education? Culture?
