KEN: My biz did over 2000 projects a year for fortune 400 companies, each project requiring different organization and staffing to match the client process. You need infrastructure for it b/c nothing is constant.
BUREAUCRACIES require less of it, but ARE SLOW AND APPLE IS SLOW.
