Rule of Law of Natural Law by an Independent Judiciary is the best system. Monarchy, Cabinet, and limited Democracy that uses houses for the classes to assent or dissent taxes and policies is a good thing. Universal franchise regardless of merit and parliamentary rule isn’t good.
