That’s a misunderstanding. Natural Law (cooperation), Constitution, Rights, Obligations, Inalienations, Responsibilities and Procedures, Legislation, Regulation, and petitions of the court. Laws must be general, suits particular. The judge ‘measures’. The jury decides within it.
