(c) Kaufman vs Mccaughtry Atheism is a major religion. A religion is distinct from a “way of life,” even if that way of life is inspired by philosophical beliefs or other secular concerns.
(d) (Can’t find the discussion where the supreme court says a religion requires a diety).
