Unless a dramatic difference in contagion between vaccinated and non exists, then there is no case for masks or vaccines.
Why? a) Self Determination, Sovereignty, Reciprocity, Truth, Duty, Markets. b) Uninsurability and warrantability of vax externalities no matter how small.
