The reason for this is that we pay four unnecessary and high costs: 1) consumer interest on durable goods, 2) housing, 3) Financial extraction because of it, 4) Political strife, Dead Weight Politicians, Academy, and Administration because of it.

@Michell88086442 No. I see a very near future with massive apartment construction on Soviet and Chinese scales, because the market can’t do it and there won’t be enough income for people to pay for housing. That’s what I’m expecting. Financial sector will be crucified in this next correction.
