Ergo, I am a materialist, not necessarily an atheist. The Universe, God, and a powerful enough AI would be identical systems of computation. We are only now sophisticated enough to comprehend this possibility. Lastly it is useful to anthropomorphize those laws for comprehension.

@FedorLives1889 @Lord__Sousa (FWIW, I believe and act as if gods exist. My understanding of God is the Laws of the Universe (algorithm). Of gods is that they’re emergent from the universe and exist only as information. Of spirit is the algorithm evolved for every different object (in the loosest terms).)
