Almost everything I see that’s easily criticizable is an attempt to suggest (imply, suggest, infer) causality where there is just weak correlation but no operational description. Everyone knows this. We just havent’ suppressed the malincentives.

@CrypTech_ I’m writing a tome on it, and I can’t condense it for twitter. But let’s say that all judicial processes require tests, and that all scientific papers implicitly claim that they are testimony, and that it’s possible to produce an adjudicable checklist for testifiability.
