(b) are you claiming I must update the photo, what, daily? Monthy? Yearly? If I put the same white shirt on, sit in the same position we’ll see I’m a few years older, my beard is lighter, I’ve lost more hair, and I’ve gained some weight during covid. But it’s still me.

It’s a brand image. A logo. It’s not a photo. And there is no assertion either directly or implied that this photo is updated daily, weekly, yearly. So does that mean we have to replace George Washington’s face on the dollar bill with the current state of his skeleton? Or that Gerber baby food should replace the figure of Anna Turner Cook as a little old lady?

So again we see you try to construct another lie by claiming I’ve made a claim that I haven’t, and that a convention that is universal is somehow a deception.
