I can. It’s excruciatingly difficult to operationalize a political idea which is why people write essays, articles, and pamphlets and books, and philosopy and ideology and all sorts of drivel rather than constitutions, institutions, laws, policies, rules, regulations that can be put into practice.

So I do understand these things. The question is always the same: the difference betwewen storytelling and engineering is whether a sequence of events and transformations can be operationally put itno place with the people, resources, and incentives available, and how can those people, resources, and incentives be organized.
