@Deplorme@alternative_right A rather sophistic and possibly stupid response. We do not disagree on the one natural right to self-determination by self-determined means, by sovereignty in demonstrated interests, and reciprocity in display word and deed. We disagree on ‘human rights’ – go ahead and try to enumerate them. We disagree on what violates them. We disagree on wht constitutes a right vs an obligation, and what is inalienable. We disagree on the nature and malleability of man. We disagree on the good, the useful, and the bad. We only agree on the obvious and trivial – yet cooperation at scale and the tendency of man to justify his parsasitisms and to live at the margin of moral norms lead to non-trivial conflicts. So you have your personal illusion of what ‘rights’ consist of but do you have an equally personal illusion of what obligations and inalienations result from them? I doubt you have anything more than animal intuition, accumulated by accident and indoctrination. And that if you can even make such a statement as you have, that you must be profoundly ignorant of this world, and possibly indoctrinated into magical thinking.
