@wmwoodward 1) The workforce. Attached is the approximate composition of the workforce. 2) those outside the workforce. In general, roughly 3-4% are behaviorally intolerable and therefore permanently unemployable. The reasons they are unemployable are obvious. The problem is THIS NUMBER IS APPROACHING HALF.
