@thefinn wait… I think you’re seeing the quote marks generated by the OCR software…. Some of these quotes are from my collection of aphorisms. I make images of them and re-share every now and then for newbies. Gab fucks up images by trimming width rather than centering on height. So I post text. I’ll try to delete the marks from future posts if i recall.
