It is a warrantable and testifiable claim(realism naturalism, exeptionaless evidence). Your claim isn’t warrantable(supernatural) or testifable(any evidence) claim and is based on heresay. But that doesn’t matter. What matters is whether you use this falsehood to commit a crime.
