You’re not following the thread. “NYC housing is attractive to young & educated.” No it isn’t. NYC quality of life is dense, dirty, rude, sh_t – esp for families. NYC=Finance and is world #1 ovary graveyard. Boston was saved from the tech flight by medical. Old people industries.
