I am an expert in the field. It was faster to ask for the references and post a link than to type out the answers myself. You are engaging in ego defense in justification of your priors. This makes you intellectually dishonest because your emotions are driving your interpretation instead of your reason.
I’m disrespecting your intellectual dishonesty on one hand but attempting to cure it on the other. Which is the moral thing to do. Which is what I always do.
