That’s not really true. No one other than france can field anything resembling a force. They’re totally hollowed out. Yes, they’re trying but their numbers are trivial.. They’re aiming for a forward of 100k soldiers That’s nothing. And its just a proposal at this point.

Poland is doing it’s bit. Until germany does it’s really kind of pointless. France and germany have almost enough economy and population, add italy and poland and you’re getting somewhere. The swedes and finns always punch above their weight but they have tiny populations.
