I do also. But we can either choose to carry the water for the rest of humanity or we can leave it to those with less moral interests to continue to abuse humanity.
“Truth is enough” is what I’ve been saying all along. It’s just that no small scope of truth is uncomfortable because it means we must adapt and some adaptations we perceive as a psychological loss at best, and at worst, an unbearable behavioral cost of relearning.
Unfortunately, ‘moral’ to much of humanity – very likely half or more – is insulating them from adaptation and learning and letting them suffer in their ignorance until it imposes such costs on us that we cannot tolerate them.
