Winslow is making the point that Black language is a derivation of SW English underclass, Black values likewise, Black food a derivation of French – largely Cajun – and black religion a merger of ascentic protestant Christianity with emotinoal and revelatory african tradition. And the reason for the latter is race differences in extrovesion (or really, prosociality), to compensate for, and neutralize, higher aggression due to more rapid and deeper sexual maturity.

The reasons we are failing at diversity are numerous, becaues of course, it’s a recipe for disaster. Trust, economic velocity, political consensuse, and redistribution require full integration. And the neoMarxists and Woke-ists, have been, and still are, doing their best to create a marxist (authoritarian) revolution, by preventing integration into ‘whiteness’ (science of cooperation), and claiming it’s oppression.

When the solution is to educate and train people to meet the needs of ‘whiteness’ (science of cooperation), but to do so according to their biological (racial, class, sex) needs. One size doesn’t fit all it turns out even if one optimum culturally homogenous polity does fit all: whiteness is just ‘science’.

Whites discovered science largely because we just practiced the scientific method in every aspect of life (other than the jewish-christian dark ages, and the new jewish-marxist dark age we’re bringing into being).

So the solution of course is, instead of lying about our rather vast diferences between sexes, classes, and races – we could tell the truth and provide people with the tools of mindfulness, discipline, reason, and skills that result in our full integration and as a consequence our trust, cooperation, prosperity, and redistribution.
