SUPREMES: Scalia vs Breyer. Breyer can’t grasp Scalia, and Scalia can’t simplify his reasoning. Scalia preserves the right of the legislature and the democratic process, and Breyer (as most liberals) are comfortable legislating from the bench.Otherwise, their methods are similar.
