So the average idiot (Press) thinks the government has the power to do such things AND IT DOESN’T. Military assets are all but useless. The CDC and the WHO were incompetent and failed their core missions – because they don’t practice yearly ‘war games’ that test their abilities.

Only so many vaccines can be produced per week, and 660M req’d. FedEx and UPS have heroically split the country and can serve every zip code in the USA. The FAA gave their flights priority.
