My favorite pseudoscientists are popular pseudo-intellectuals: especially Robert Kuhn, Brian Green, Lawrence Krauss, and Neil Tyson – really, pretty much everyone other than Hossenfelder and Kaku. We can forgive Penrose’s math platonism b/c at least he uses mental models first.
