Everyone claimed the administration was responsible but there were no plans at all because other than military scale mobilization for isolation and tracking, nothing was possible. The civil service has been demilitarized, does not conduct war games, no supplies, and incompetent.

@JayMan471 Did he understand them as you did? Even now you’re still on the extreme end of the spectrum. I followed the data everyone else and yes you, closely, but it wasn’t clear what was true until Italy. The CDC, Military,and HS were unprepared, no supply lines. Nothing but port closure.
