The secret to buddhist mindfulness is simply to train yourself to control attention by practicing feedback loops. It’s basically the same as learning to ride a bicycle except harder because it’s harder to control the feedback loop of attention. Breathing is the easiest way.

@TruthQuest11 @Nationalist7346 also… fyi: the brain is programmed (organized) by what its nerves are attached to in harmony with what the neural columns are next to. Temporal activity is just conscious focus. The hippocampal region organizes and calculates relative geometric positions into a model & episode.
