Getting people to show up is a WN problem.
P-constitution gives them a set of demands.
The strategy, if they show up, is simple, and will win.
Luckly, I got myself out of leading WN – by accident.
The problem is Civnat/Xian/WN/NS have no strategy other than RESISTANCE (losing).
