—“I didn’t hear Curt say anything about why he thought the state was necessary for a just society. All he talked about was why he thinks anarcho-capitalists are horrible, and almost all of those reasons are strawmen. Curt doesn’t seem to understand what anarcho-capitalism means. He also doesn’t seem to realize that “the rule of law” and “the state” are not the same thing.”—

( Curt Defined “Just”. Then he stated 1) that no society just or unjust can survive without a state. 2) you can only have as just a society as the market for survival of the society will tolerate, 3) people will not tolerate rothbardian ghetto ethics (they never do). 4) ancap/libertarians cannot produce a society, or a state, that will survive competition (they never have, never will). 5) even if it did, it would attract those people who could most benefit from it (criminals) which would (and always does) force powerful states to crush them. 6) There are no states with Rothbard’s ghetto ethics -there can’t be. 7) the only source of sovereignty, liberty, and freedom is the organized use of violence to produce a state, impose rule of law, and produce sufficient commons to survive. 8)in summary, libertarian ethics are an immoral scam, a false promise to fool well meaning people into ignoring that the most just society we can have is the one our founders gave us: rule of law by natural law, – and to hang everyone and everyone that undermines our rights. 9) As far as we know this argument is impossible to defeat. )

—“Curt Doolittle should open a Sizzler so I can get more of this All-You-Can-Eat Word Salad Bar”—

( Curt’s response is always the same: “it’s a knowledge and IQ thing. Thats why so many are fooled by shallow moralizing and philosophical sophistry. Programming is hard, Calculus is Hard, Economics is hard, Law is hard. P-law is strictly constructed natural law in programmatic prose, using economic logic – and it’s hard. Watch John Mark and InTruthVictorious for the normie version.” )
