female tactics are the tactics of normative policing (persuasion).

male tactics the tactics of institutional policing (coercion)

the two go hand in hand.

normative policing operates through constant and continuous negotiation (sanity signals, virtue signals) and acts as a barometer as to when one is venturing too close to the hard line.

when one crosses the hard line male tactics (law, war) take over.

its not a dichotomy

males use shaming and ridicule (graveyard humor, camaraderie) to teach and test risk management… and to push each other to increase capacity for risk taking and risk management (don’t be a coward, don’t be an idiot)… the difference between male gsrrm and female is that men use it with humor (to prevent conflict) whereas females use it with maliciousness(to give it teeth)…
