Experiment in not taking the new ADHD med today (stimulant). I think it’s more important that I’m NOT taking the OCD med. That said, while I’ve been really prolific again, for the past few hours I’ve been having much more difficulty retaining context. So, what does that mean? It means (a) it probably was more important to get off the other prescription than onto this one. (b) And it’s probably more important to get off it because i’m just not seriously ill any longer (that I know of). (c) This new prescription really does help keep the focus, at least in the second half of the day. (d) I don’t see any point in taking other than the minimum dose of it because I don’t seem to need it.
