INFANTILIZATION: MILLENNIALS ARE THE RESULT OF THE EXTREME, INTENTIONAL, EXTENSION OF CHILDHOOD.

This is what we are seeing today. This is the reason for the millennial reaction.

FEMALES LIKE INFANTILIZATION BECAUSE IT PERPETUATES OBTAINING ATTENTION, DEPENDENCE, THEIR MANIPULATION, AND CONTROL.

Which is fine for girls and young women – it’s their nature. But it disproportionately destroys our boys and men.

IF YOU CANNOT PRODUCE AN ADULT BY THE AGE OF 14 YOU ARE A FAILURE AS A PARENT, AND YOUR EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM IS A FAILURE LIKEWISE.

But it is very difficult for a teacher from the bottom quintile of his or her graduating class to teach an adult over the age of 13 or 14 unless he or she is materially, intellectually, and experientially superior.

THIS IS THE FIRST CHANGE: TO TEACH YOUNG ADULTS YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETED A CAREER WITH REAL WORLD EXPERIENCE: SURVIVAL IN THE COMMERCIAL MARKET.

There is only one demonstration of ability to teach: evidence in performance in the real world. The real world filters far better than universities.
