Watching videos of myself and realising once again the similarity of speech and thought patterns between David Gordon and I. I’ve probably listed to every recorded talk he’s made a dozen times. And it still surprises me when I hear myself talk how similar it is that we both struggle with distillation and speaking while straddling the external world while describing our mind’s eye.

I have more commercial social experience and so it’s not really so obvious that the inner process is that similar. David’s memory is the stuff of legend – it’s almost supernatural, and so his use of over the top humor and wit are something you have to experience.

I don’t claim to have those talents. But it is still interesting that on-the-spectrum minds evidence themselves in such similar thought and speech patterns.
