DISMISSAL OF THE GOVERNMENT
One of the principle virtues of a monarchy is the dismissal of the government and the termination of public employees, without means of opposition. One of the principle virtues of universal standing in matters of the commons, is the dissolution of a bureaucracy by public demand in court. Of the two methods neither is preferable to the combination of both.
