The 20th Century Industrialization of Lying through social construction (Propaganda) is almost over. Boas, Marx, Freud, Cantor, Bohr, Adorno, Friedan, Derrida reintroduced the Abrahamic method of lying into western civilization by sophism and pseudoscience instead of theology.

We have Rule of Law of Sovereignty and Reciprocity, where Commons are produced within rule of law by elected representatives who (until lately) need demonstrate merit (Republic) prior to standing.
